How to Store Your Breastmilk
Now that you’ve got this precious bottle of liquid gold in a bottle, be sure to store everything properly so that your baby has as much safe milk to drink as possible!
Once milk is pumped, follow storage temperature/time recommendations from the CDC.
In my videos, I generally err on the safer side of all the guidelines.

- Bottle and cap
- Milk charms, to label date/time on bottles (or use blue painter’s tape and a pen)
- Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags
(for freezer storage)
