How to Clean and Sanitize Your Medela Pump In Style Breast Pump
It’s important to keep your parts clean and sanitized to keep your baby happy and healthy. Here is a tutorial on how to do that quickly and effectively with just a few handy tools!
Materials
- Bowl (big enough to fit all parts)
- OXO Tot Bottle Brush
(I really like our Oxo one, which includes a tip to clean bottle nipples)
- Medela Quick Clean Micro-Steam Bags

Instructions
Now that everything is cleaned and sanitized, go ahead see my quick tutorials on how to assemble your pump and then store your milk!
*You can also follow the instructions in the booklet to boil all of the parts in water each day instead of using these bags. We actually tried that at first, but eventually found these bags to be much more convenient.
